ace365bet ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ace365bet and its users ("member", "you", "your").

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with ace365bet you must provide your correct name, a valid email address, mobile number and any other required information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out from your account.

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at ace365bet is ৳100 (per method). Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The account holder and the payment method holder must be the same person.

4.3 Currency

ace365bet supports only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, bonuses and winnings will be displayed in Taka.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to any bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw from it.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds are settled from the bonus balance; the bonus balance cannot be used until the main balance is exhausted (unless ace365bet instructs otherwise).
• ace365bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

The ace365bet VIP program has four tiers determined by a member's activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback benefits will be awarded periodically at ace365bet's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace365bet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using any software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent or harassing behaviour towards other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21.

In the event of any prohibited activity, ace365bet may immediately cancel the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 General Betting Policy

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. ace365bet reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.

8.2 Sports Betting

ace365bet's set odds and rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports events. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to ace365bet's specific rules.

8.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others) may also apply.
